1. Appointment Requests & Confirmation
Submitting a form through this website constitutes an appointment request. No booking is deemed confirmed until acknowledged and agreed upon directly by studio staff via WhatsApp message, phone call, or official communication.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on this website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and represent standard studio estimates. Final bridal and custom occasion package pricing may vary based on chosen products, hair complexity, floral adornments, travel distance, and agreed scope.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. This allows us to reallocate the dedicated time window to other waiting clients.
4. Punctuality & Studio Etiquette
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may require an abbreviated service routine or rescheduling to prevent delays for subsequent appointments.
5. Skin Sensitivities & Allergies
Clients must inform studio artists of any known skin allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, or dermatological treatments prior to service application. We conduct patch assessments when requested.
